ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System

ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System; focuses on preventing our patients from encountering an inappropriate service. For this purpose, the Quality Management System keeps the service units under constant control and minimizes possible errors. This system aims to keep patient satisfaction at the highest level by continuously measuring and improving itself, and detecting possible errors.

ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System, which aims for absolute satisfaction for the patients and employees, continues to add value to our patients and employees by integrating with the corporate identity of Vera Clinic.

Implementation of the ISO 9001/2015 Management System is an indication that Vera Clinic has a Quality Management System in accordance with international standards, in other words, it works according to international norms.

As a result of the ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System Certification Audit held for the first time in October 2020, Vera Clinic successfully passed the certification audit and was awarded the ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System certification.

No major nonconformity was detected in these audits conducted once a year.

ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction System

While keeping our patients’ satisfaction at the highest level and ensuring the resolution of patients’ complaints at the right time, with the right method and through the right people, the ISO 10002 system is an integral part of our hospital’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

This established system allows us to identify trends, eliminate causes of complaints and improve our hospital’s services by providing a consistent approach to handling patients’ inquiries.

Our hospital, which passes the international certification audit systematically every year, has the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System certificate.
